Cancellation and Return Policy

-The minimum cancellation notice is 24 hours prior to the execution date.

-Cancellation is requested by contacting the Customer Service Center at 0790597936

-Returnprocess requirements

-Proof of purchase (order number, invoice)

-The reason for the return must be in accordance with the return acceptance conditions (refund policy)

-Please contact our customer service center, send a message via our Facebook page, or call us within 24 hours in case you receive a damaged/dysfunctional product.

-In this case, all products are returned along with the attached free gifts. If all items are not returned, the return will be rejected.

-We will inspect the product to be returned. If the product is found to be unused, the product will be refunded in the manner in which it was paid for.

-If, during the inspection process, the product to be returned is found to be free of the reason mentioned in your order, no refund will be issued and the product will be returned to you.
